Shipping Policy

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within one to two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping is only available for India. Currently we do not have a provision for export, unless it is a bulk order which is subject to prevailing shipping rates and from our ware to the destination. Please contact us at care@thehoneycompany.in

Free delivery to any destination in India subject to the pincode is registered and acceptable to the courier service.

The fee policy for delivery may change from time to time. The rate will be displayed at the time of check-out

Deliveries are made by third party courier services. Who will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of their arrival.

In-store pickup

We do not provide in-store pickup at this moment.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this moment.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within seven days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at care@thehoneycompany.in with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at scare@thehoneycompany.in with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please view our detailed Returns and Refunds policy.
