Returns, Replacements  and Refunds

WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED: If you have received a wrong product, here’s what you should do-

  1. Take a picture of the parcel with the label that mentions order details, together with the product received and email it to care@thehoneycompany.in
  2. To return the product please ensure that the product seal has not been broken. It should be unused and should be retuned in the original packaging. Please courier the product in its original packaging with all internal protective parts intact, to avoid damage in transit to Alpalair Wellness Private Limited, No.24 1st Main, 1st Cross Brundavan Layout, Doddabele Main Road, Kengeri, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India – 560060.
  3. In case of a return we will send you a replacement within a week of receiving your return.
  4. If a refund is required, the amount will be credited into the same account you have paid us from within 7 days of receiving the complain and refund request.
  5. Please ensure we receive your complaint within 7 days  of receiving the product. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

DAMAGED PRODUCT: We have specially designed our ecofriendly packaging for our products. This packaging has proved to very sturdy and has been successful in our vigorous drop and throw tests. We have not received a single complaint about breakage or any other form of damage. In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged product, here’s what you should do-

  1. Take a picture of the parcel with the label that mentions order details, together with the damaged product received and email it to care@thehoneycompany.in
  2. We will send you a replacement within a week of receiving your complaint.
  3. If a refund is required, the amount will be credited into the same account you have paid us from within 7 days of receiving the complain and refund request.
  4. Please ensure we receive your complaint within 7 days  of receiving the product. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

REFUNDS

  1. Once we have received your email with the image, we will mail you back about the position with your replacement or refund.
  2. If your return approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 working days.

REFUNDS (Late or Not done)

  1. If you cannot remember receiving a refund, please check your bank account/statement thoroughly.
  2. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at care@thehoneycompany.in

REPLACEMENTS (Late or Not done)

  1. If you haven’t received your replacement, please get in touch with us at care@thehoneycompany.in

SALE/OFFERS/DISCOUNTS 

  1. Products bought on SALE and part of OFFERS cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGE

We only replace items if the one that was sent as per order was a 1. Wrong product 2. Damaged product.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

SHIPPING

  1. To return your product, you should courier your product to: Alpalair Wellness Private Limited, No.24 1st Main, 1st Cross Brundavan Layout, Doddabele Main Road, Kengeri, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India – 560060.
  2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  4. If you are shipping an item over Rs.100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
