1. Honey-Nut Crunch Topping

Use with: Greek yogurt, vanilla ice cream, or warm toast.

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp raw honey

  • ½ cup roasted mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews), chopped

  • Pinch of cinnamon

Method: Warm honey slightly (not above 40°C), stir in nuts and cinnamon.


2. Citrus Honey Drizzle

Use with: Pancakes, waffles, or fruit salads.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp raw honey

  • Zest of 1 orange

  • 1 tbsp fresh orange juice

Method:

  3. Take off heat, let it cool slightly, then stir in honey, vinegar/lime juice, and salt.

  4. Mix until well combined into a glossy drizzle.
